We’re looking for a sales / growth / business development leader to help drive expansion across the Power and Energy sectors in Australia. This is a national-facing role, focused on growing strategic client portfolios, opening new markets, and strengthening long-term client relationships. You’ll play a key role in shaping and winning work across a diverse service offering — connecting client needs to the best of Arcadis, from strategy through to delivery.

Role accountabilities:
- Grow strategic client portfolios and expand Arcadis’ presence across priority Power and Energy clients nationally
- Identify and open new markets and relationships, including targeting high-value opportunities
- Build trusted, long-term relationships with senior client stakeholders
- Partner with account teams to shape and win work, from early engagement through to delivery
- Drive a strong and credible pipeline, ensuring opportunities are prioritised, progressed, and converted
- Champion cross-selling and diversification, connecting clients to the full breadth of Arcadis capabilities
- Support and mentor teams in sales capability, client engagement, and opportunity conversion
- Work with leadership to align commercial strategy, pricing, and positioning to win work and deliver strong outcomes
Qualifications & Experience:
- Proven success in selling and winning work, growing client portfolios, and opening new markets in the Australian Power & Energy sector
- Strong network and credibility with Power & Energy sector clients and decision-makers
- Highly developed relationship-building and influencing skills at senior levels
- Ability to connect client needs to multidisciplinary solutions across strategy, design, and delivery
- Strong commercial acumen, with experience balancing growth, margin, and long-term client value
- Experience working in complex, matrixed organisations and leading without formal authority
- A growth mindset - proactive, driven, and energised by building new opportunities
