Defines the value proposition, work plan, resource needs, timeline and budget for client product and / or service delivery projects. Manages resources (that is, capital requirements and human capital) to achieve project objectives on time, within scope and on budget. Manages delivery of multiple project initiatives to enhance services and level of customer support. Responsibilities include planning, direction, prioritization, change management and delivery of projects in a manner aligned with client expectations and business needs.
ResponsibilitiesIndependently manages complex projects requiring collaboration across multiple functional areas or business groups. Serves as an influential interface for DN's relationships with clients and partners. Participates as a key contributor in all aspects of project / program development, including: Analyzing potential solutions, such as product structures, pricing scenarios, unique differentiators and other information to justify / define solution development. Negotiating feature content with various stakeholder groups, including engineering, operations and marketing, Developing, updating and streamlining solution and product development roadmaps. Developing and maintaining solution and product collateral ( For Example, FAQ, white papers and customer success stories). Leverages creativity and comprehensive process, tool and software expertise to ensure resources are planned effectively, costs are managed, and reporting is accurate and timely. May support go-to-market planning, working with Marketing and other teams on messaging, positioning, pricing and related activity.
QualificationsRequired Qualifications
Diploma or equivalent work experience required. Minimum of 6-8 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in Client Project and Program Management. Good business English skills (Written and spoken).
