You’ll work alongside an experienced team of performance marketing professionals, gaining hands-on exposure across Paid Search, Programmatic, and Affiliate channels for some of Australia’s most exciting ecommerce and retail brands.

What You’ll Do

    • Learn and apply the fundamentals of digital marketing across SEO, Paid Media, CRM, and Analytics.

    • Support the delivery of integrated digital marketing campaigns across leading fashion, homeware, and retail brands.

    • Assist with project management tasks including scheduling work, managing timelines, coordinating deliverables, and ensuring smooth execution across internal teams.

    • Support the creation, analysis, and presentation of client performance reports and campaign insights.

    • Build and maintain strong day-to-day relationships with clients, supporting communication and campaign delivery.

    • Identify and present new growth opportunities that drive measurable results for clients.

What will I need to thrive in this role?

  • A recent graduate (2023–2025) with a degree in Marketing, Commerce, Business, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Clear written and verbal communicator who can explain data simply and confidently.

  • Proactive self-starter who asks questions, takes ownership, and follows through.

  • A genuine interest in ecommerce, retail, and how digital marketing drives commercial outcomes.

  • Analytical mindset - comfortable working with data, spotting trends, and drawing conclusions from numbers.

  • Strong attention to detail; you notice when things don’t look right and do something about it.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, basic formulas).

  • Proactive self-starter who asks questions, takes ownership, and follows through.
