We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Client Services Officer to join our SMSF team in Sydney. This is a part-time (2 days per week) office based, 12-month max-term contract position providing the opportunity to develop and grow with a leading provider of Accounting and Financial Services. 

 

Your role, your contribution!

  • Take charge of diverse administrative tasks, from lodging tax returns to managing ATO correspondence and preparing financial packages
  • Attend to ASIC requirements, along with new entity establishments
  • Processing of orders for legal documents associated with SMSFs
  • Be responsible for invoicing and WIP management while effectively communicating with advisors, partners, and corporate staff, delivering exceptional client service
  • Communicate with accountants, partners and other staff to ensure exceptional service delivery to support them in servicing client requests
