We are seeking a permanent, full-time Client Services Officer to join our Accounting and Business Advisory team in Norwest. This is a front-of-house role, where you'll be the welcoming first point of contact for our clients on reception, while also taking ownership of a varied portfolio of client services tasks that keep our office running smoothly. It's a great fit for an enthusiastic, polished professional who thrives on delivering high-quality service and enjoys being at the heart of the action.
Your role and contribution:
- Sit front-of-house on reception as the face of our Norwest office; warmly greeting clients and visitors, answering incoming calls, managing the front desk, and ensuring every client interaction starts with a great impression.
- Manage diverse administrative tasks, including coordinating client meetings and preparing financial documentation.
- Communicate with advisors, partners, and staff to support client requests and service delivery.
- Ensure client tasks across the region meet internal and external standards.
- Provide general support to the team, including file creation and database management.
- Assist with front-of-house reception, printing, filing, and scanning.
- Maintain a proactive attitude and collaborate with team members to achieve goals.

What you bring to the role:
- A warm, professional front-of-house presence and confidence dealing with clients face-to-face and over the phone.
- Proven administration experience with strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel.
- Exceptional communication skills and a professional phone manner.
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask.
- A positive, collaborative attitude and a willingness to develop new skills.
