We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Client Services Officer to join our Business Advisory team in Dalby. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, prepared to work in the office full-time, and ready to provide excellent client service.

 

Your role, your contribution!

  • Take charge of diverse administrative tasks, from lodging tax returns to managing ATO correspondence and preparing financial packages
  • Be responsible for invoicing and WIP management while effectively communicating with advisors, partners, and corporate staff, delivering exceptional client service
  • Communicate with accountants, partners and other staff to ensure exceptional service delivery to support them in servicing client requests
  • Relief reception duties

What you bring to the role

  • Demonstrated proficiency using the Microsoft Suite
  • Exceptional phone manner and customer service expertise to deliver outstanding customer service and create a welcoming environment
  • Experience in Accounting administration is highly regarded
  • A genuine team player with a friendly and helpful attitude
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and strong time management skills.
