  • Some Saturday shifts
  • Supportive team culture

  • Professional development opportunities

About the role

This is a busy and rewarding client services role within a multi-disciplinary specialist veterinary hospital.

Based primarily at our Glen Waverley hospital, you'll also work fortnightly shifts at our Essendon Fields clinic and participate in a rotating Saturday roster.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Welcoming clients and visitors
  • Providing exceptional customer service
  • Managing a busy phone system
  • Scheduling appointments
  • Email communication with clients and referring clinics
  • Maintaining accurate records
  • Processing payments
  • General reception and administrative duties

About you

  • Previous reception, administration or customer service experience
  • Veterinary or healthcare experience highly regarded
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Compassionate and professional approach to clients
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Confident using computer systems
  • Able to work across both locations
  • Available for occasional Saturday shifts
  • Positive, team-focused attitude

If you enjoy building relationships, providing exceptional service and being part of a supportive team, we'd love to hear from you.
