The Opportunity

An opportunity has become available for a results driven Clinical Specialist to join our Electrophysiology Team in Sydney. The overall responsibility of this role is to provide expert case coverage to customers utilizing Johnson & Johnson products.

Responsibilities

  • Provide expert procedural support on advanced electrophysiology cases, especially complex arrhythmias
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and technologists to optimize patient outcomes
  • Troubleshoot and resolve product issues quickly to keep procedures running smoothly
  • Drive product adoption by proactively showcasing innovations and benefits to healthcare professionals
  • Assist with product recalls, complaints, and feedback to enhance future development
  • Represent Johnson & Johnson at industry events and conferences, sharing your expertise  

About You

  • Preferred minimum education: Degree in Health Science or Biomedical Engineering
  • Preferred industry experience: EP Cardiac technician, IBHRE completed or current with line manager within 12 months.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a Clinical role
  • In-depth understanding of Electrophysiology and catheters.
  • Signed off and expert in all arrythmias, hardware and software
  • Strong leadership with an ability to work autonomously
  • Proven track record of new technology adoption
  • Pass mark of >85% recert/ASTM
