Job DescriptionAn exciting opportunity has become available for a motivated Pharmacist to join our experienced team at Ramsay North Shore. As the Clinical Pharmacist, you will provide specialised medication management in the dispensary and deliver clinical services.
- Provide best-practice pharmacy services and exceptional patient-centred care, ensuring medication safety and optimising medication management.
- Work closely with the hospital team to educate staff and counsel patients on safe and effective medication use.
- Foster a collaborative and positive team culture that empowers all staff to excel.
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor of Pharmacy or equivalent, with current Pharmacist Registration with AHPRA.
- High level of computer literacy, including experience with dispensing software.
- Enjoy working in a collaborative team and thrive in a friendly, supportive environment.
- Experience in a hospital pharmacy setting is highly regarded but not essential.
