Want to be part of founding teams of Heidi in new markets? Excited by the thought of pioneering one of the fasted growing healthcare startups overseas? Hungry, ambitious and itching for a new challenge with an epic purpose?

We are running a program which we relocate Aussie superstars to new markets to proudly represent Heidi as Commercial Associates and to supercharge our growth!

Who are Heidi?

Heidi is on a mission to halve the time it takes to deliver world-class care.

We believe that by 2050, every clinician will practice with AI systems that free them from administrative burdens and increase the quality and accessibility of care to patients across the world.

Built for clinicians, by clinicians, at the core of Heidi is its people. We are an eclectic bunch of inventors, builders, scientists, nurses, doctors, mathematicians, designers, creatives, and high-agency executors.

We achieve in 6 months what it takes our competitors 4 years to do. In just 12 months, 20 million patient consults were supported by Heidi, and we’re now powering more than 1 million consults every week.

With our most recent $16.6MM round of funding from leading VC firms, we’re geared up to supercharge our ambitious global growth, starting with the US, Canada, UK and Europe - and we need great people like you to get there. Ready for the challenge?

Therefore we’re hiring multiple Commercial Associates to support our international expansion  efforts of our clinical AI products.

What you’ll do:

  • We’ll hand you the reins of an entire vertical to run as your own business unit within the team.

  • You’ll own outcomes related to market penetration, sales targets, D2C user growth + more.

  • Supported by the founders & UK lead, you'll be responsible for winning the entire market against verticalized competitors. Including but not limited to;

    • Running a sales process contextualized for the vertical & in line with our PLG approach

    • Working w/ marketing to perfect our brand, messaging, & field activities in the vertical.

    • Striking commercial partnerships with relevant groups within the vertical.

    • Building internal processes from 0 to support the above activities

What we will look for:

  • You’ll need to be impeccably sharp and omnitalented - context switching to lead multiple GTM functions (Sales, business development, marketing, support, etc.) and excelling in each as though it were your specialty.

  • You’ll bear the existential weight of the company as much as the founders & early employees.

    • If you’re the right fit - you’ll love every moment of it.

  • Looking for uncapped growth. You don't want to be limited by yearly promotion programs and the general sclerosis of the corporate world. Your ability to win defines the gradient of your growth.

  • Strong raw skills and an uncanny ability for lateral & creative thinking.

  • Great facing a customer. You’ll spend >50% of your time doing this, so must be emotionally attuned & perceptive.

Other things to know

  • We’re in-person only, based out of our new NY or London office.

  • Experience in healthcare / specific vertical is great, but not required

  • Degrees not required / needed.

Attitude is more important than experience so if you are a hungry, competitive  and highly motivated operator who has a knack for problem solving and building relationships we want to hear from you.

What do we believe in?

  • We create unconventional solutions to difficult problems and we build them fast. We want you to set impossible goals and make them happen, think landing a rocket but the medical version.

  • You'll be surrounded by a world-class team of engineers, medicos and designers to do your best work, inspired by our shared beliefs:

    • We are relentless owners, we take full accountability for our work, embracing victories and setbacks.

    • We are clinical inventors, guided by an unwavering moral compass and grounded in data-driven truths.

    • We are humble winners, pursuing  success with a stoic determination while remaining warm and humble with each other in victory.

    • We are confident explorers, welcoming uncertainty with open arms; thriving in uncharted territories and excelling in low-context environments.

Why you will flourish with us 🚀?

  • Additional paid day off for your birthday and wellness days

  • A generous personal development budget of $500 per annum

  • Learn from some of the best engineers and creatives, joining a diverse team

  • Become an owner, with shares (equity) in the company, if Heidi  wins, we all win

  • The rare chance to create a global impact  as you immerse yourself in one of Australia’s leading healthtech startups

  • If you have an impact quickly, the opportunity to fast track your startup career!
