As an Associate/Vice President in Electronic Sales, you will be responsible for covering a broad range of clients, including asset managers, insurance accounts, pension funds, banks, sovereign wealth funds, hedge funds, and corporations across asset classes in FICC. You will leverage the firm's resources to meet client needs through traditional sales and e-Sales professionals, while developing unique solutions with dedicated structuring professionals.

Job Responsibilities:
- Work closely with global partners in electronic sales, electronic trading, product sales, and product managers to provide comprehensive client coverage.
- Fulfill client queries and requests for electronic execution needs, channeling feedback to improve our franchise in pricing and product.
- Identify new client opportunities and electronic execution trends, while developing a cross-product skill set.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience in a financial institution.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of fundamental products across FICC.
- Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales.
- Proficiency in Data Analysis (Tableau and Qlikview), Bloomberg, and Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Understanding of electronic execution platforms (Bloomberg, FXALL, Flextrade, 360T, BidFX, Tradeweb, MarketAxess, etc.).
- Creative problem solver with the ability to perform well under pressure.
- Clear, logical thinker with strong qualitative abilities.
- Strong team player, detail-oriented with a disciplined approach to process and quality control.
- Ability to learn quickly, multi-task, and self-manage priorities.
- Effective communication skills to interact with internal partners and clients.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Strong intellectual curiosity, organization, attention to detail, and ability to perform well under high-pressure situations with urgency.
- Prior experience in electronic sales representative roles in Global Markets is preferred.
