We’re looking for a results-driven Commercial Manager to join our Pyrmont-based Commercial team. • Support contract renewals and re-signs, including preparing commercial recommendations and ensuring pricing governance.
  • Own performance management, coaching and development for the Commercial Analyst team, building capability in commercial acumen, analysis and customer value delivery.
  • Build and maintain trusted, professional relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders, influencing outcomes through clear communication and commercial insight.
  • Deliver against the Commercial team’s financial targets, including margin performance and agreed customer commercial outcomes.

We are looking for:

  • A confident people leader who knows how to coach, develop and lift team performance.
  • A clear, credible communicator who can influence stakeholders across the business, customers and carrier partners.

  • A degree in Commerce, Business, Supply Chain (or similar).
  • Strong MS Office skills (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and the ability to present analysis in a way that lands with senior stakeholders.
  • A sharp, curious problem-solver who thinks strategically and is always looking for a better way.
  • Hands-on experience with financial modelling and data—supporting decisions around pricing, cost-to-serve and profitability.
