Job Description

  • Full-time, 2 Years Fixed-Term position at HEW Level 5.
  • Based at Western’s Campbelltown campus, with flexible working arrangements
  • Salary: $85,778 – $97,006 per annum, plus 17% Super and Leave Loading

Support student placement outcomes through high-quality compliance administration.

The Opportunity
The Compliance Administration Officer supports the effective administration of student compliance requirements across a wide range of placement providers. The role plays a key part in ensuring students meet mandatory compliance standards so they can participate in placements with accredited partners.

Working within the Placements Hub, you will manage high-volume compliance workflows, verify and maintain documentation, and provide clear advice to students, Schools and external stakeholders. Accuracy, responsiveness and sound judgement are central to success in this role.

You will also contribute to continuous improvement by maintaining procedural documentation, supporting reporting activities and working collaboratively with internal teams and external agencies to strengthen compliance processes.

  • Student compliance documentation is processed accurately and on time
  • Compliance issues are identified early and resolved or escalated appropriately
  • Stakeholders receive clear, reliable advice on compliance requirements
  • Records and systems are maintained in line with University and provider standards

About You

  • Tertiary qualification in health administration or related field and/or extensive relevant experience
  • Experience interpreting and applying compliance, policy or regulatory requirements
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with diverse stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining accuracy
