As a Consultant, you will work in a team environment configuring and customizing our real estate software to meet clients’ needs. You will work with the team managing implementation projects and training clients on our software. As part of the role, you will learn and use SQL to solve problems.

Responsibilities:

  • Must be capable of leading fast-paced work sessions with client personnel to come up with technology-based solutions to solve business problems.

  • Running training sessions for individual or groups of users.

  • Maintain training environment and training manuals.

  • Assist clients in setting up and configuring MRI Software applications.

  • Work with clients to understand and document their business requirements.

  • Create custom reports using existing report templates or creating views in SQL Server Management Studio based on clients’ business needs.

  • Provide functional and technical consulting services to clients (gap analysis, software configuration, customization, health checks, and implementation)

  • Convert business data manually or through integration into MRI.

  • Create and configure interfaces to third party software applications.

  • Enhance MRI offerings by customizing the product using our internal tools and tools from Microsoft.

  • Test software functionality and verify MRI works to the clients’ expectations.

Job Requirements:

  • Degree in Accounting or Information Technology or equivalent knowledge in the industry

  • At least 2+ years’ experience in consulting services, product implementation, or systems design & development

  • Experience in training and training delivery

  • Strong Team player

  • Possess an understanding of software implementation methodology

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

  • High initiative and self-motivation

  • Knowledge of SQL Server or other RDBMS preferred

  • Role will require occasional overseas or domestic travel
