About the role

This is a hybrid position based in Sydney

As a Manager in the Advisory team, you will lead and work with diverse teams and build strong and trusted customer relationships at the appropriate level. You will be advising and working with clients' senior leaders and their teams in using Orgvue through your experience in business transformations and organisation design, and will require an appetite for new thinking, application of methodologies and analytical tools.

You will be the driving force behind customer projects, and play a lead role in account teams to cultivate lasting client relationships to support the long-term use of Orgvue. By understanding business needs and challenges, you will transform business operating models with the latest analytical tools and techniques. This role is based at our APAC satellite office in Sydney.

What you will be doing

  • Advise customers on how to approach organisation and workforce planning related challenges, and guide long-term capability development with Orgvue.
  • Lead key account relationships, and partner with Customer Success, Sales and other team to grow accounts.
  • Oversee customer delivery engagements and manage multidisciplinary teams of consultants, business analysis and developers to achieve successful results for customers.
  • Define the value proposition, scope and delivery model across advisory projects.
  • Provide subject matter expertise regarding the functionality of Orgvue and organisation design to minimise risks.
  • Lead and deliver advisory projects that includes implementing technical data architecture solutions, designing and building insightful analytics dashboards and visualisations and working with our customers to help build their Organisational Planning & Analysis (OP&A) capabilities.
  • Conduct Data-Driven Organisational Design (DDOD) by delivering analytical insights on the current business through data capture, analysis and storytelling and supporting our customers in tracking and monitoring changes to their workforce over time.
  • Advise customers on how they can best utilise orgvue to deliver operational and strategic business objectives.
  • Collaborate with the Product team to provide platform feedback to help with the continuous improvement of Orgvue.
  • Deliver a customer experience which leads to continued business and licence renewal and identify new revenue opportunities for Orgvue.
Requirements

What we look for:

  • Minimum 5 years of consulting experience, working for a consulting firm with a focus on Human Capital Management, Organisation Design, Transformations, Workforce Planning or People Analytics
  • Experience working with organisations on business transformational initiatives, including M&A, cost reductions, operating model redesign, or other large-scale functional or enterprise initiatives – and/or experience defining and implementing technology-led business solutions with large enterprises
  • Experience in commercial conversations and/or participating business development efforts
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • You accept responsibility well, and work well in a tight-knit team with a shared vision for growing the APAC market and customers.
  • You want to make a fundamental difference to some of the largest organisations and household names across APAC.
  • You really enjoy solving problems. You love taking on difficult challenges and finding creative solutions.
  • You set high goals and are willing to try new ideas to achieve the personal, team and customer ambitions that have been set.
  • You have a strong personal communication style with a strong ability to present oral and written information clearly and concisely, ensuring others understand your ideas.
  • You are proficient at building strong customer relationships and have a focus on the customer and their requirements.
  • You handle authority well and enjoy taking a leadership role in projects and leading discussions.

Preferred Knowledge & Skills:

  • Undergraduate or graduate degree in Organisational Psychology, Information Sciences, or other related Business disciplines.
  • Data analysis skills essential; knowledge of statistics modelling is preferred.
  • Experience with analytics tool such as Tableau, SQL, R, Python or MATLAB is a plus.
