Your Mission:

At Nuvei, we’re on a mission to accelerate the business of clients around the world with cutting-edge payment solutions. As the Content Marketing Manager – ANZ, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving our content strategy in the ANZ region, supporting demand generation, existing customer communications and amplifying our brand in a competitive, fast-paced industry.

Requirements


Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Collaborate with the Global Head of Content Marketing, commercial teams, product teams, and the wider Nuvei marketing team to execute a dynamic content strategy for the ANZ region;
  • Develop impactful marketing content that powers demand generation across all stages of the marketing funnel —awareness, research, evaluation, and justification;
  • Produce high-quality content across all channels (paid, owned and earned) and formats (long, mid and short form written, video, audio, digital);
  • Deliver content to support Sales/Partner enablement including collateral, events, webinars, RFP’s (working with Marketing Manager);
  • Deliver product content to support ongoing product development and launches, including ‘how to videos’, user guides, Help articles, internal enablement, paid content (Working with Product team);
  • Manage customer communications including product/pricing updates, Incident communications, ANZ e-newsletters;
  • Manage communications for CLM program including Onboarding, Early Life, BAU, Retention and Closure emails (working with CX team);
  • Own traffic management and briefings with designers for all Marketing briefs for ANZ;
  • Learn Microsoft Dynamics CRM (Sales & Marketing) to support successful understanding of customers and account set up;
  • Learn and use Stripo email tool to create emails and build campaigns;
  • Develop reports and insights for all communications channels used, and campaigns executed.

Qualifications include, but are not limited to:

  • Proven expertise in content marketing, with a strong portfolio demonstrating success in demand generation, thought leadership and existing customer communications;
  • A confident individual who demonstrates a problem-solving mindset;
  • A commercially astute mindset, proven understanding of the role of content marketing in driving revenue for the organization;
  • Exceptional storytelling skills, with the ability to create compelling content tailored to diverse audiences and formats;
  • Experience working with SEO strategies and analytics tools to drive organic growth;
  • Confidence and strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders at varying levels of seniority;
  • Adept at analyzing data and presenting insights to guide decision-making and demonstrate ROI;
  • Comfortable working autonomously in a flexible yet incredibly fast paced and results driven environment with minimal supervision;
  • Fluency in English to a native standard, with outstanding written and verbal communication skills;
  • Experience in the payments landscape is desirable, but not essential.
