THE ROLE

We are looking for a highly motivated Content Operations & Project Manager to manage the lifecycle of our educational content. This role is central to our mission of delivering world-class learning experiences by ensuring the seamless release, maintenance, and localisation of all content episodes.

As the key link between our content development, quality assurance, and localisation teams, you will manage processes, align priorities and guarantee that every piece of content meets the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate is a skilled project manager and a confident leader who thrives at building strong cross-functional relationships and driving operational excellence.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage the content lifecycle from release through maintenance.
  • Optimise processes and tools to improve efficiency, scalability, and clarity across cross-functional teams.
  • Troubleshooting localisation bugs, coordinating technical updates, monitoring episode health and handling content status changes.
  • Lead global localisation workflows, managing translators and reviewers to ensure timely multi-language support for new releases and the smooth addition of new locales.
  • Drive quality assurance processes, coordinating workflows, priorities, and testing to uphold content excellence.
  • Oversee content-to-curriculum mapping, managing the team and all requests to ensure content aligns accurately with educational standards.

Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience in project management or a related role.
  • Proven experience in process design and optimisation, with demonstrated success in streamlining workflows, increasing efficiency and scaling operations.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to prioritise effectively and focus on high-impact outcomes.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to act as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams.
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong problem solving skills and the ability to diagnose complex issues and drive them to resolution.
  • A hands-on and proactive approach, comfortable delving into technical details, investigating logs, and developing a deep understanding of content delivery processes.
  • Proficient in project management platforms (e.g. Jira, Monday.com), with a track record of bringing structure and accountability to multi-team projects.
