Join the dynamic team at the Reserve Bank of Australia as a Contract Administrator, where you will be is responsible for managing and overseeing contracts to ensure compliance and efficiency. Our team plays a crucial role within the Bank, ensuring that all contractual obligations are met and that our operations run smoothly.
About the Role:
- Support the setup and management of contracts, ensuring deadlines and requirements are met by liaising with internal stakeholders.
- Contribute to contract management and business planning activities.
- Liaise with suppliers and customers to resolve routine contractual issues and escalate more complex issues.
- Partner with internal stakeholders on procurement activities and reporting, including the current status of existing agreements and procurement pipeline forecasting.
- Monitor, report, and provide advice on compliance with contractual obligations, including revisions to existing contracts.
- Ensure purchasing and financial reporting align with Bank policies and business needs, including validating invoices and ensuring payment schedules are met.
- Measure, report, and control financial, operational, and WHS governance and risks, ensuring compliance with contracts, legislation, regulations, and Bank policies.
- Provide operational support to the business by performing tasks and roles as required.
About You:
- 3-5 years of experience in contract administration.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using software databases.
- Exposure to best practice contract management or procurement governance.
- Demonstrable analytical and numerical mindset, including experience with data analysis and quality reporting.
- Ability to work autonomously.
- Excellent organisation, administration, and time management skills, including experience in administration and process improvement.
