This role is a 6-months contract role, supporting the regional team.

You Adventure Ahead

  • Develop, execute and coordinate effective CRM campaigns
  • Create and build html email marketing campaigns on CRM platform
  • Create in-app, SMS, app push marketing campaigns on CRM platform
  • Engage and collaborate effectively with local marketing teams and cross functional teams (Operations, Customer Service, Data, Product Marketing, Engineering) to ensure you design and execute effective customer journeys across all CRM channels.
  • Contribute to process improvement by flagging potential issues or enhancement opportunities.
  • Keep abreast of industry and competitive CRM trends to identify and develop innovative and effective marketing campaigns.

Essentials to Succeed

  • 1 year relevant experience in campaign / marketing / project management experience, preferably within a digital / tech / e-Commerce environment, Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Experience in any CRM platform is a plus
  • Strong analytical mindset and the ability to interpret data
  • Highly organized with keen attention to detail in executing multiple tasks
  • Highly proactive in managing stakeholders and chasing for results
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams
  • A self-starter, independent, motivated and result-oriented individual
  • Can thrive in a fast-paced, working collaboratively and adapting to changing priorities
