Job Description Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Contract and Governance Administrator to support contract administration, governance coordination and procurement We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Contract and Governance Administrator to support a high-profile government account across contract governance, procurement administration and operational coordination.
Reporting to the Procurement Manager and working closely with the Contract Manager, you will support governance processes, reporting, procurement activities and stakeholder coordination across a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain their experience in contract administration, governance and procurement while gaining exposure to senior stakeholders and multiple service streams across the business.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities
  • Support day-to-day contract administration and governance activities

  • Coordinate governance meetings, agendas, minutes and action registers

  • Assist with procurement administration, supplier documentation and approvals

  • Maintain accurate contract records, documentation and audit trails

  • Prepare reports, presentations and stakeholder correspondence

  • Track contractual obligations, actions and governance deliverables

  • Support document control, compliance and record management processes

  • Provide administrative support to the broader account leadership team

  • Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders, contractors and client representatives

About You

  • Previous experience in administration, governance, procurement or contract support roles

  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • High attention to detail and strong document management capability

  • Confident working with a variety of stakeholders and personalities

  • Proactive, adaptable and eager to learn

  • Experience within property, facilities management, government or professional services environments is highly regarded
