What you will do:- Coordinate and manage contract management tasks and activities throughout all stages - from qualification and proposal to negotiation and final contract execution.- Formulate contractual strategies, executing them successfully through the creation and positioning of commercial value, long-term improvement of terms and conditions (from a commercial and legal standpoint), and the generation and protection of added sales and up-sell opportunities.- Play an active role in securing our financial outcomes by focusing on margins, working capital, add-on sales, and upselling.- Take ownership of contract governance, ensuring necessary approvals are obtained in a timely and efficient manner.
