Support and lead L2/L3 investigations for 5G Cloud Core (UDM/CCxx) incidents, perform fault isolation and service restoration, analyze logs and network flows, collaborate with product/project teams to improve stability, manage provisioning/data operations and upgrades, and drive automation, documentation and knowledge sharing to prevent repeat faults.

The Customer Security Director will advise and support customers on security needs, manage projects, ensure compliance, and enhance sales with security expertise.

Lead the EHSW function for Ericsson in Australia and New Zealand, focusing on health, safety, and well-being in high-risk environments. Develop strategies and ensure compliance with regulations across jurisdictions while managing a small specialist team.
