Senior Packet Core engineer responsible for operating, maintaining and upgrading Ericsson PS Core and Amdocs PCF/PCRF nodes across Sydney data centers. Duties include fault and capacity management, KPI monitoring, configuration/provisioning with ENM/OneFM, software patching, MOP development, cross-domain incident collaboration, Level 3 support and vendor escalation, and maintaining documentation and runbooks.

Operate, maintain and evolve Ribbon/GENBAND fixed-voice switching across Australian data centers. Perform fault management, incident resolution, software upgrades, SBC provisioning, KPI monitoring, change MOPs, cross-team incident collaboration, Level 3 vendor escalation, and maintain network documentation and knowledgebase.
