Deliver network design and optimization services and presales support for global telecom customers. Design complex end-to-end solutions spanning devices, RAN, transport, and packet core, incorporating 4G, 5G, AI/ML, and Cloud-RAN technologies. Improve service, software, and product offerings; translate customer business objectives into network performance improvements; implement solutions within scope, cost, and schedule; manage acceptance; and share technical expertise.

Operate, maintain and evolve Ribbon/GENBAND fixed-voice switching across Australian data centers. Perform fault management, incident resolution, software upgrades, SBC provisioning, KPI monitoring, change MOPs, cross-team incident collaboration, Level 3 vendor escalation, and maintain network documentation and knowledgebase.

Provide L2 operational support and administration for multi-vendor telecom VAS platforms (messaging, charging, roaming, API gateway, voicemail, eSIM, IoT). Perform advanced troubleshooting across application, platform, and network layers, manage incidents/changes, execute upgrades and maintenance, conduct RCAs, optimize performance and capacity, support DR/BCP and backups, develop runbooks and automation, and mentor junior engineers to meet SLAs.

Deliver L3 support, incident and fault management, software upgrades, capacity expansions, KPI monitoring, configuration/provisioning via ENM/OneFM, change MOPs, vendor TAC escalation, cross-domain collaboration, and maintain documentation.

Operate and maintain Ericsson Telco Cloud (CEE/CNIS) and SDN infrastructure on Linux/OpenStack and Kubernetes/OpenShift. Manage hyperscale hardware, storage (Ceph/ScaleIO/Nexenta), switches/routers, load balancers, and firewalls.
