Ericsson is seeking a highly skilled MS Core Cloud Specialist - Packet Core to join our team in Sydney, NSW. This senior role requires deep expertise in Ericsson PS Core platforms and Amdocs PCF/PCRF to manage and evolve Packet Core network infrastructure across Australian Data Centers.
What you will do• Operate and maintain Ericsson PS Core nodes (vSGSNMME, vCGSNMME, vCSGNEPG, Consumer/Corporate vEPG, LTE-CA, DNS, Native WMG) across Sydney Data Centers• Manage and maintain Amdocs PCF (N7/N15/N28) and PCRF (Gx/Gy/Gz) nodes for policy and charging• Perform fault management, incident resolution, and root-cause analysis for PS Core outages• Execute software upgrades, patch management, and capacity expansions on Ericsson/Amdocs platforms• Monitor network KPIs using Grafana, Kalix, and Ericsson ENM; resolve degradations proactively• Perform configuration management and provisioning using Ericsson ENM and OneFM• Develop and review MOPs for change management and maintenance windows• Collaborate with IMS, Fixed Voice, VAS, and NOC teams on cross-domain incidents• Provide Level 3 support and vendor TAC escalation management• Maintain accurate network documentation and knowledge-base articles

Education and experience• Education: Bachelor's in Telecom, Electronics, Computer Science or equivalent• Experience: 15+ years PS Core network engineering - hands-on Ericsson platforms
