Contract Administrator
The opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for a Contract Administrator to join our Energy and Utilities team within our Telco and Network Services business. Reporting to the Project Commercial Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of multiple contracts through effective commercial and contractual administration.
This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast paced environment and is passionate about delivering strong commercial outcomes while supporting high performing project teams.
What we’re looking for
You will bring a strong foundation in contract and commercial administration, ideally within construction or infrastructure project environments.
Key capabilities include
- Experience supporting commercial outcomes within large project environments
- Strong knowledge of contract administration processes including purchase orders invoicing and subcontractor payments
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict contractual deadlines
- High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and performance
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to collaborate across teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SharePoint systems
Desirable
- Tertiary qualifications in construction management engineering accounting or quantity surveying
- Experience within construction or maintenance project environments
