About the Role:

CrowdStrike is seeking a Sydney-based Mid Market Account Executive to join our Corporate Sales team, laser focused on driving new logo business and growing revenue across ANZ. We take our world leading platform to market with passion and energy, relying on a broad ecosystem of channel and alliance partners to support our Go To Market.

This is a hybrid role with a typical requirement of 3 days per week in our North Sydney office.

What You'll Do:

  • Actively engage prospective customers to identify and develop new business opportunities across organisations within your territory

  • Run a sophisticated end-to-end sales process from prospecting through to closure

  • Work hand in hand with our Sales Engineering function to devise and execute account strategies and plans

  • Partner with our Channel Team to amplify customer engagement and expand pipeline building activities

  • Work closely with our Sales Development Representative (SDR) function to establish and maintain a healthy pipeline

  • Forecast and report pipeline updates with accuracy and operational rigour

  • Provide exceptional, high-touch customer service including escalation and coordination of support issues as needed

  • Become an insider within the Cyber Security industry and a true expert of the CrowdStrike platform

  • Set your sights above and beyond to consistently exceed established targets and quotas

What You'll Need:

Sales Expertise:

  • Full sales cycle experience in an account executive capacity, with 2+ years of proven net new business generation within ANZ

  • Security experience is required, with a strong understanding of the cybersecurity landscape and trend

  • Proven experience with industry standard sales methodologies

  • A passionate deal maker with strong negotiation skills and the ability to simplify complex messaging and communicate clearly and transparently

  • Cold calling experience with a persistent, never-take-no mindset

Operational Expertise:

  • Data driven approach to forecasting with strong operational rigour

  • Proficient in CRM tools such as Salesforce, with an always-on approach to opportunity and pipeline management

  • Self-disciplined with proven time management, organisation, and process discipline

  • Motivated to learn, grow, win, and succeed
