The Opportunity

We are looking for a motivated 2-4 PQE lawyer to join our highly successful corporate advisory team. You will work alongside a team of exceptional lawyers to deliver quality work and an exceptional experience to every client you interact with. 

We act for an incredibly diverse client base, from established SMEs to high growth start ups and leading venture capital firms, helping them with a broad range of transactional matters including, M&A, capital raisings, debt financing, and financial regulatory advice. 

If you are looking for a more hands on approach to transactions where you will be involved in all aspects of a deal, whether its preparing cap tables, negotiating share purchase agreements, providing strategic commercial advice to clients in relation to their debt facilities, we ensure all lawyers are exposed to all areas of corporate advisory for a diverse range of clients.

While our transactions team operates as an add-on service to our membership product on hourly rates, we have realistic billable targets, and success is measured on a range of attributes not just your timesheet. 

This position is ideal for a junior to mid-level lawyer with broad corporate law expertise. You should have experience in efficiently managing workflows and projects in a fast paced, high volume environment, and effectively communicating with clients. 

The Ideal Candidate
  • 2-4 years of experience in a reputable law firm with a specific focus in corporate advisory, capital raising and/or M&A work. 
  • Excited to act for a diverse client base and take ownership of your matters.
  • Motivated to hit 
  • Strong track record of managing transactions end-to-end in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Demonstrated ability to manage competing workflows and deadlines efficiently
  • Confident in direct client engagement, including:
    • Providing practical, commercial advice
    • Building trusted client relationships
    • Explaining complex legal issues clearly and pragmatically
  • Commercially minded, solutions-focused, and aligned with a modern, growth-driven legal services model
