Provide corporate advisory legal services to SMEs, startups, and venture capital firms across M&A, capital raisings, debt financing, and financial regulatory matters. Manage transactions end-to-end, prepare cap tables and transaction documents, negotiate share purchase agreements, advise clients commercially, manage competing workflows, and build trusted client relationships in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Advise a diverse client base on corporate matters including business sales and acquisitions, employee incentive schemes, shareholder agreements, share buy-backs, structuring, loans, governance, and not-for-profit issues. Manage transactions end-to-end, workflows, competing deadlines, projects, and direct client relationships while delivering practical, commercially focused legal advice in a fast-paced environment.

Provide hands-on commercial dispute resolution advice and litigation support across contract disputes, regulatory investigations, consumer law, leasing, IP and franchising. Draft pleadings, submissions and settlement deeds; conduct legal research; analyse evidence and contracts; prepare for hearings, mediations and client meetings; collaborate on case strategy and directly manage client relationships.

Provide strategic legal guidance and ongoing support to membership clients across a broad range of commercial disputes, oversee follow-on work, scope and prioritise matters, mentor junior lawyers, and identify improvements to the membership experience.

Provide pragmatic commercial legal advice to large enterprise clients; draft, review and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements; advise on corporate governance, Australian Consumer Law and Privacy Law; manage multiple client matters; and contribute to thought leadership and internal training.

Provide franchising and related commercial legal advice to franchisors, including establishing franchise systems, compliance with the Franchising Code and ACL, grants and renewals, expansion, buybacks, sales, disputes, IP licensing, leasing and general commercial matters. Work closely with clients and in-house teams, draft legal documents, manage day-to-day transactions, and contribute to business development.

Lead and run private M&A transactions end-to-end for founders, investors and owner-managed businesses. Manage negotiations, draft documents, supervise a small team of lawyers and graduates, mentor juniors, and collaborate with specialists across the firm on deals including VC investments, strategic acquisitions, exits, restructures and debt facilities.

Manage a varied caseload of commercial disputes from pre-litigation to trial, provide strategic commercial legal advice, run large complex litigation, mentor junior lawyers, and contribute thought leadership via articles, webinars and internal training. Work across diverse industries and frequently engage with NSW and Federal Court processes and tribunals.

Full-cycle mid-market B2B sales role: source and qualify leads, run discovery with decision-makers, tailor and pitch membership proposals, close deals, track activity in CRM, collaborate with internal teams, and meet monthly acquisition targets.
