Provide pragmatic commercial legal advice to large enterprise clients; draft, review and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements; advise on corporate governance, Australian Consumer Law and Privacy Law; manage multiple client matters; and contribute to thought leadership and internal training.

Lead and run private M&A transactions end-to-end for founders, investors and owner-managed businesses. Manage negotiations, draft documents, supervise a small team of lawyers and graduates, mentor juniors, and collaborate with specialists across the firm on deals including VC investments, strategic acquisitions, exits, restructures and debt facilities.

Provide strategic legal guidance and ongoing support to membership clients across a broad range of commercial disputes, oversee follow-on work, scope and prioritise matters, mentor junior lawyers, and identify improvements to the membership experience.

Qualify inbound SME leads across multiple channels, book discovery meetings for account executives, manage and triage leads in the CRM, follow up and nurture warm prospects, hit targets, and deliver excellent first-touch customer service while contributing to team growth.

Provide franchising and related commercial legal advice to franchisors, including establishing franchise systems, compliance with the Franchising Code and ACL, grants and renewals, expansion, buybacks, sales, disputes, IP licensing, leasing and general commercial matters. Work closely with clients and in-house teams, draft legal documents, manage day-to-day transactions, and contribute to business development.

Provide day-to-day commercial legal advice as an embedded extension of clients' in-house teams. Draft, review and negotiate various commercial agreements, advise on governance and regulatory compliance (including ACL and Privacy), manage multiple matters, and contribute to thought leadership and internal training.

Provide employment law advice to employers across modern awards and enterprise agreements; draft and review employment documents; advise on recruitment, onboarding and terminations; support litigation and larger projects and brief counsel.

Manage and grow higher-tier mid-market memberships by onboarding clients, building relationships, triaging legal requests, identifying upsell opportunities, analysing usage to prevent churn, and collaborating with internal teams to improve member experience and retention.

Manage a varied caseload of commercial disputes from pre-litigation to trial, provide strategic commercial legal advice, run large complex litigation, mentor junior lawyers, and contribute thought leadership via articles, webinars and internal training. Work across diverse industries and frequently engage with NSW and Federal Court processes and tribunals.

Provide administrative and operational support to the Legal team, running lawyer onboarding and training, maintaining calendars and org charts, booking travel, managing helpdesk/admin tasks, coordinating CPD/training logistics, and maintaining knowledge resources and training materials.
