Job Description

This role spans across all elements of the Client Services team and will vary depending on operational requirements. This role will encompass our Concierge Services (meeting and greeting staff, clients, contractors, and other visitors, often as the first point of contact for the business), attending to our Executive-Level Board and Meeting rooms to support business needs, or providing high quality Corporate Reception services.

In this role you will:

  • Provide a warm, professional welcome to clients, visitors and staff at Reception and Concierge, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Manage the visitor sign-in process and grant appropriate access to maintain security and smooth operations.
  • Oversee shared inbox and emails, responding promptly and professionally to all correspondence.
  • Coordinate executive boardroom and meeting space bookings using the TAL administration system.
  • Coordinate meeting requirements including catering, AV setups, and provide basic support for security, emergency and WHS services.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in corporate reception or client services roles
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and booking/visitor management systems
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills
  • Strong ability to work under pressure and autonomously
  • Professional presentation and a positive, service-focused attitude
  • Experience with IT/AV systems and holding Food Handlers’/RSA certificates are highly regarded
