This is an exciting opportunity for an early-career communications professional to make a visible impact in a global healthcare organisation, creating content and campaigns that reach employees and customers across Australia and New Zealand.

 

What you will do

  • Deliver internal communication campaigns that promote company vision, mission, values, and strategic priorities.
  • Create engaging content including articles, emails, intranet updates, social media posts, videos, presentations, and newsletters.
  • Manage day-to-day updates across internal communication channels, including the intranet, digital signage, and employee communications platforms.
  • Coordinate the communications calendar, ensuring timely delivery and alignment of key business messages and initiatives.
  • Execute digital marketing activities through social media, website content, and sales enablement platforms.
  • Support the launch and adoption of new digital platforms and applications across the business.
  • Measure communication and marketing outcomes, analyse engagement data, and recommend improvements to increase effectiveness.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to plan, develop, and implement communication initiatives that support organisational goals.

 

What you will need

Required qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of professional experience in internal communications, corporate communications, marketing, digital marketing, or a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Organisational Communications, or a related discipline.
  • Experience creating written and digital content for multiple communication channels.
  • Experience managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously in a professional environment.

 

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience using intranet or content management platforms, including SharePoint.
  • Experience supporting digital marketing campaigns, social media content, or website content management.
  • Experience analysing communication or marketing performance metrics to inform future activities.
  • Experience using Adobe Creative Cloud products or similar digital content creation tools.
