The Opportunity
We are seeking a Corporate Communications Executive to join our People & Corporate Services team based in Macquarie Park, Sydney.

Reporting to the Corporate Communications Manager, you will play a key role in upholding our strong reputation and corporate storytelling by delivering engaging internal and external communications that bring FUJIFILM Business Innovation Australia’s priorities, leadership messages and strategy to life. You’ll partner closely with stakeholders across the business to develop practical stakeholder engagement and communication plans, high-quality content and maintain effective communication channels to strengthen employee engagement, brand alignment and organisational reputation.

This is a great opportunity for a communications professional who enjoys working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and thrives on delivering impactful, audience-focused messaging. Candidates with experience in B2B technology and/or agency environments will be highly regarded.

Please note: While our preference is for a full-time permanent hire, we are open to candidates seeking maximum-term or part-time opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
• Plan and execute engaging internal communications across multiple channels (email, intranet, digital screens, events) to keep employees informed, connected and aligned to business priorities.
• Develop and edit high-quality content including leadership messaging, announcements, employee stories, campaigns and briefing notes, ensuring clarity, consistency and strong brand alignment.
• Partner with leaders and project teams to deliver effective change & transformation communications that drive understanding, engagement and adoption.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (People & Culture, Corporate Services, Sales, Marketing, Operations) to define communication strategies, key messages, audiences and delivery plans.
• Support the development of media releases, website and social content, ensuring all external messaging is professional, accurate and aligned to brand and global guidelines.
• Manage internal platforms, maintain templates and content standards, and track engagement metrics to continuously improve communication effectiveness and reach.

Skills, & Qualifications 
• 3–5 years’ experience in strategic, corporate or marketing communications with strong writing, editing and proofreading ability, with a talent for simplifying complex information and tailoring messaging for diverse audiences across multiple channels.
• Sound understanding of internal, external, issues and change communications, including brand, tone of voice and storytelling principles.
• Proven ability to develop and deliver engaging content across email, intranet, web, social, presentations and event materials among others.
• Confident in stakeholder engagement, clarifying communication objectives and managing competing priorities with high attention to detail.
• Ability to handle sensitive information, support communication plans and campaigns, and contribute to business and change initiatives.
