Our Corporate Compliance team is looking for an organised and detail-focused Corporate Compliance Team Assistant to help coordinate Board activities, meetings, travel and day-to-day administration. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders and play an important part in keeping the team organised and on track.

This is a permanent, part-time opportunity based in Sydney, with 1–2 days in the office. If you’re someone who enjoys being organised, working with a variety of stakeholders and taking pride in getting the details right, we’d love to hear from you.

You’ll be joining an easy-going and collaborative team where you’ll have the opportunity to build your experience across corporate governance and compliance in a supportive environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Corporate Compliance team
  • Coordinate Board and Committee meetings, calendars, catering and travel
  • Assist with preparing and distributing Board and Committee papers
  • Maintain confidential governance records, documents and filing systems
  • Support basic regulatory administration, including ASIC requirements
  • Assist with general team administration, invoices, expenses and meeting coordination

  • Previous experience in administration, executive support or board support
  • Strong organisation and time management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
  • Confident written and verbal communication skills
  • Professional, approachable and comfortable dealing with senior stakeholders
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
