About the role
You will support the identification and evaluation of organic and inorganic strategic growth opportunities, including acquisitions, joint ventures, and partnerships. You will collaborate closely with key stakeholders to provide valuable strategic insights, support investor relations efforts, and engage directly with senior leadership to help influence and shape our strategy.

- Assist with the identification and assessment of potential acquisition, joint venture, and partnering opportunities, including:
- Financial modelling and valuation analysis
- Assessment of risks and potential mitigants
- Scenario and sensitivity analysis
- Coordination of due diligence processes
- Monitor industry and competition analysis
- Deliver insightful advice to key stakeholders across the organisation
- Provide assistance with the Lendi Group strategy setting activities
- Support investor relations activities including preparing presentations, periodic reporting, and communications
- Exposure to c-suite executives and leaders across the organisation
- Research and understand the market and economic drivers impacting our business
- Participate in the preparation of Board papers
- 2-4 years of career experience in professional services environment e.g. Big 4 accounting firm (within M&A or transaction services), consulting, investment banking, or corporate focusing on corporate development. Transaction services or M&A experience/exposure highly regarded. Alternatively, a strategy focused role at a fast-growing start-up or scale-up
- Exposure to finance and accounting concepts (including the ability to read financial statements)
- Exposure to financial modelling, valuation methodologies and an attention to detail
- Understanding and passion for the fintech industry
- Strong communicator (written / verbal) who is excited by the opportunity to influence and contribute to discussions across the business
- Team player with a positive attitude who is not daunted by working in a fast paced, technology-enabled, growth focused environment
- Curious personality, innovative thinker with the ability to quickly grasp and understand key business value drivers and risks
- Degree in finance, economics, or accounting
