In this role, you’ll take full ownership of front-of-house operations, ensuring a seamless and professional experience for clients, visitors and stakeholders alike.

Your role, your contribution!
•    Provide courteous and efficient customer service to all Clients and stakeholders
•    Answer external calls and manage front desk
•    Complete daily mail processing, banking, manage all room bookings, catering orders and event support 
•    Communicate effectively and in a timely manner with Clients and stakeholders including Partners, Advisers, and Corporate staff  
•    Support office operations, including managing supply of stocks and liaising with external suppliers and service providers
•    Support the team with lodgements, filing and other tasks

What you will bring to the role 
•    Experience in a Corporate Reception or a Frontline customer facing position 
•    Intermediate computer literacy – MS Office experience 
•    A proactive and team-player with excellent Client and stakeholder relationship building skills 
•    Highly skilled in prioritising tasks, problem solving and attention to detail
•    Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
