The Role

As the Corporate Receptionist to be the vital part of our day-to-day operations in our York Street office.

As our Corporate Receptionist, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our workplace runs smoothly while delivering a professional and warm experience to everyone who walks through our doors.

  • Create a standout first impression for all visitors and stakeholders
  • Manage front-of-house operations, including reception and meeting room coordination
  • Organise meeting logistics and arrange catering with precision
  • Support efficient office operations and workplace facilities
  • Provide high-quality administrative support to leaders and teams
  • Coordinate travel and handle day-to-day admin tasks
  • Process expense claims and invoices accurately and efficiently

Your Background and Experience

You bring experience in reception, concierge, or a similar customer-facing role. You are a professional, friendly, and approachable communicator who thrives on creating positive first impressions. Highly organised with a strong attention to detail, you excel in environments where you can effectively manage multiple tasks at once.
