The Opportunity
Findex is seeking an experienced and polished Corporate Receptionist to join our Sydney Operations team in a full-time, onsite, permanent role. As the welcoming face of our firm, you will be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and senior stakeholders—playing a critical role in shaping an exceptional workplace and client experience.

What Your Week Will Look Like

  • Delivering exceptional customer service as the primary contact for clients, visitors, senior leaders, and C-suite executives
  • Providing high-level administrative and hospitality support to executives, ensuring meetings and requests run seamlessly
  • Managing a busy, fast-paced reception environment with confidence, maturity, and calm under pressure
  • Building strong relationships through a warm, professional, and solutions-focused approach
  • Applying strong organisational skills prioritising tasks, solving problems proactively, and maintaining meticulous attention to detail
  • Supporting the broader team with a proactive, can-do attitude
  • Communicating with ease and professionalism, both verbally and in writing

  • Demonstrated experience in a corporate reception or similar frontline, client-facing role
  • Strong client and stakeholder relationship skills with a passion for delivering exceptional service
  • Excellent organisational capability, with the ability to prioritise, problem-solve, and maintain high attention to detail
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • A collaborative mindset and proactive approach
  • Intermediate computer skills, including solid MS Office proficiency
