As our Corporate Services Assistant, you'll be the welcoming face of our Chatswood office, managing everything from visitor experiences and security coordination to travel arrangements and invoice processing. What you’ll be working on

Working within our small but dedicated Facilities team, you'll have the opportunity to influence workplace improvements and take initiative on projects that enhance our office environment. This hands-on experience will strengthen your facilities coordination skills and deepen your understanding of business operations, positioning you well for future career advancement in facilities management, office administration, or operations roles.

You'll develop valuable skills in facilities operations whilst gaining exposure to business processes across our APAC region. This position offers genuine variety - from coordinating travel bookings and managing new starter onboarding to supporting workplace safety initiatives and organising team events. Your role contributes directly to creating a productive, welcoming environment where our entire team can thrive.

Primarily based in our Chatswood office, you'll also have the opportunity to work at our Barangaroo location for training and occasional cover, adding variety to your routine and giving you exposure to both of our Sydney workplaces.

What will help you be successful?

You'll excel in this position with at least 2 years of experience in office and facilities assistance roles. Your background will showcase strong diary and travel management expertise, complemented by excellent communication, time management, and organisational capabilities that enable you to handle multiple demands effectively. You will also be technically savvy, being able to manage multiple systems and portals, whilst having the ability to train others on these systems as well. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint will be essential.

We're looking for someone who's naturally approachable, builds rapport quickly, and enjoys being a reliable point of contact for colleagues and visitors alike. If you've been working in office administration, facilities coordination, or office management and want a flexible part-time role with real variety across multiple locations, we'd love to hear from you.
