🌏 What You’ll Do

As the Country Sales Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind our commercial success in the region. You’ll lead and inspire our business development team, shaping strategy, deepening client relationships, and capturing new opportunities in the dynamic world of shipping and logistics.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Lead & Inspire – Manage and motivate the country business development team to exceed revenue and volume goals.
  • Drive Strategy – Develop and execute strategic plans to expand our customer base, strengthen partnerships, and unlock new growth.
  • Partner for Success – Cultivate long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring our services align perfectly with their business needs.
  • Market Insight – Analyze trends, customer data, and market developments to identify opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Account Growth – Conduct quarterly reviews with major accounts, exploring ways to add value, increase engagement, and boost performance.
  • Problem Solving – Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues quickly, ensuring top-tier customer satisfaction.
  • Business Analysis – Research client needs, assess export potential, and tailor our offerings to maximize results.
Requirements

We’re looking for a commercial leader who combines strategic insight with hands-on sales experience. You’ll bring:

  • Proven knowledge of Australian import/export markets
  • 5+ years’ experience in the shipping, liner, or cargo logistics industry
  • A strong background in sales management or customer service leadership
  • Deep understanding of shipping, customs processes, and market operations
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
  • A proactive, results-driven approach and the ability to deliver under deadlines
  • High level of computer literacy and fluency in English (written & spoken)
