Team Global Express (TGE) is seeking a dynamic and experienced Courier Applications Manager to lead the technical strategy and delivery of our freight systems portfolio. This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for overseeing critical applications that power our transport management, pickup and delivery orchestration, and customer-facing platforms.

What You’ll Be Doing
Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of TGE’s Courier Applications portfolio.
Drive system stability, performance, and security across all Courier platforms.
Collaborate with IT, operations, and business stakeholders to deliver seamless, customer-centric solutions.
Oversee enhancement releases and project delivery in partnership with vendor teams.
Ensure compliance with cyber security policies and proactively mitigate risks.
Provide technical documentation, training, and support to end-users.
What You’ll Bring
5+ years of experience in customer and digital solution development.
Experience with React Framework, Frontend and backend communicating via API calls
API calls and backend code, integration in Python 3.12
MySQL 8.4+, Linux 9.5 and Ansible playbooks
Proven leadership in managing technical teams and delivering complex projects.
Background in software development, data analysis, and QA testing.
Understanding of transport management systems and cyber security best practices - nice to have
