Profile Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing creative and/or asset management, or a similar role.
  • Familiarity with design tools (Creatopy, Canva Pro, Frame.io or similar).
  • Introductory level design experience.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a focus on process optimization.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Self-motivated and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.

  • You have a creative eye but also appreciate structure, deadlines, and repeatable systems.
  • You enjoy working hands-on with design tools, even for light production work like resizing, formatting, and templating.
  • You love blending creativity with precision — ensuring assets look great and flow smoothly through the process.
  • You see change as an opportunity to innovate and strengthen how work gets done.
  • What you’ll do:
  • Act as the bridge between Paid, Organic, and Client Services to ensure creative requests are clearly scoped, delivered on time, and aligned with brand standards.
  • Gather and organize images and logos from client onboarding checklists.
  • Ensure all assets are uploaded in the correct place and distributed to all relevant team members.
  • Creative Production: Adapting and preparing assets (resizing, logo overlays, etc.).
  • Design Assembly: Creating campaign-ready visuals based on brand templates and channel specs.
  • Use design platforms including Creatopy, Canva Pro, and Frame.io.
  • Use task management systems through TaskRay (Salesforce) and Google Sheets.
  • Potential to support video creation for PMAX and YouTube campaigns: Gathering images and logos to build a slideshow video to use in campaigns.
  • Perform creative audits across accounts.
  • Actively participate in department meetings and brainstorming sessions, contributing insights and solutions to enhance operational efficiencies.
  • Stay up-to-date with trends, best practices, and platform algorithm changes across both the multifamily and digital marketing industries
