As a Vice President in the Global Payments Proposal Solutions Group (GPPSG), you lead and elevate the GPPSG function while ensuring delivery excellence for mission-critical, executive-level proposal and pitch outcomes across APAC, EMEA, and the Americas in a hybrid model.
You will lead delivery and shape premium, client-facing content, including major RFP/RFI responses, strategic pitchbooks, differentiated case studies, and high-impact graphics and infographics across Treasury Services, Merchant Services, Trade & Working Capital, and Commercial Card
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the GPPSG team: hiring/onboarding, performance management, coaching, development planning, engagement, and succession/talent pipeline.
- Own team delivery outcomes: capacity planning, work allocation, priority setting, global coverage across time zones, and ensuring deadlines/SLAs and KPIs are consistently met or exceeded.
- Establish and enforce quality standards through structured QA, review routines, playbooks, and best-practice guidance; ensure outputs are executive-ready and brand-compliant.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to clarify objectives, align expectations, and improve narrative structure and client messaging through design and story flow.
- Provide hands-on oversight (and selective direct support) on the most complex/high-visibility deliverables to set the quality bar and unblock execution.
- Drive continuous improvement: streamline workflows, reduce friction/bureaucracy, develop reusable assets/templates, and track measurable improvements in speed, quality, and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, controls, and appropriate handling of sensitive/confidential information; manage escalations and risk proactively.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Demonstrated people leadership experience (coaching, feedback, accountability, performance management) and ability to build a high-performing team culture.
- Expert-level proficiency in MS PowerPoint with strong executive presentation judgment and narrative discipline.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word to support proposal development and accurate data presentation.
- Strong stakeholder management, consulting mindset, and communication skills with senior internal clients.
- Proven ability to operate effectively across regions/time zones, balancing competing priorities and aligning stakeholders to timelines.
- High judgment and discretion handling sensitive content.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Extensive experience supporting Payments proposals across Treasury Services, Merchant Services, Trade & Working Capital, and Commercial Cards.
- Experience defining and implementing content/design standards across a production team (libraries, templates, QA practices).
- Proven ability to elevate content effectiveness through design-led storytelling and data visualization.
- Deep familiarity with proposal processes for Payments products and services and leading delivery across global time zones with smooth handoffs.
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative tools, especially Illustrator and Photoshop for high-quality client-ready graphics and visual systems.
