Co-lead TMT equity coverage in Australia: develop and defend investment theses, build financial models and valuations, author research, monitor company and industry developments, engage clients and management, ensure model governance, and mentor junior staff.

Execute and govern custody account openings and documentation across APAC (ex-Japan). Provide application support and SRE for Securities Services across APAC, manage production incidents to resolution, run DR exercises, troubleshoot databases and reports, develop automation and monitoring, conduct RCA and preventive actions, and lead adoption of enterprise AI to improve incident triage and operational resilience.

Lead engineer responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining secure, scalable payments production systems. Owns production troubleshooting, automation of recurring issues, code development and review, vendor evaluations, and driving engineering best practices across teams to improve operational stability.

Provide supervisory review of APAC equity, credit, derivatives, macro and sector research to ensure compliance with FINRA and local regulations. Edit and approve a variety of research products, apply disclosures, collaborate with analysts to enforce guidelines, and meet tight publication deadlines while balancing accuracy and speed.

Provide tax services and reporting to internal and external clients, manage tax queries, maintain client relationships, support tax-related projects and product development, identify and mitigate operational risks, and contribute to process improvement and team knowledge sharing.

Deliver timely, accurate financial reporting and distributions for fund manager clients. Provide technical accounting and tax input, resolve queries, support governance and audit controls, drive process improvements, and build client relationships as a subject matter expert.

Evaluate and manage credit exposures for institutional and corporate clients by preparing credit memoranda and financial models, monitoring market/industry developments, recommending internal credit ratings, supporting due diligence, structuring and documentation, liaising with coverage and product teams, and maintaining credit and regulatory reporting while contributing to ad-hoc initiatives.

Lead payments product management for Australia & New Zealand, overseeing real-time, ACH, wires, FX, accounts and liquidity solutions. Drive product strategy execution, compliance, pricing, P&L and performance analysis, coordinate delivery with technology, operations, risk, legal and sales, and support regional projects and client-facing activities.

Lead APAC institutional marketing strategy and execution for asset management clients. Plan multi-market digital and event campaigns, manage budgets and vendors, measure performance and ROI, improve client journeys, ensure regulatory compliance, and partner with global and local stakeholders to drive growth.

Take senior ownership of end-to-end daily fund accounting operations across institutional clients in Australia and APAC. Manage client relationships, enforce documentation and controls, lead process and system improvements, liaise with stakeholders, and ensure deliverables meet SLAs while driving risk discipline and team performance.

Lead Australia SPG sales and distribution for public Australian ABS and CRE lending solutions. Manage investor relationships, execute transactions with Origination/Trading/Syndicate, coordinate global distribution, support issuer strategy, and drive franchise growth while ensuring compliance and cross‑functional coordination.
