The Creator Marketing Specialist role will help to increase brand awareness, product relevance and trust among Content Creators, Influencers & Opinion Leaders with a particular focus on the Active Lifestyle (Fitness) playground, as well as supporting in other playgrounds. Through relevant product & brand communication programs, they will identify the right product ambassadors in the Fitness industry, build authentic relationships with them, work on mutually beneficial outcomes and develop unique projects with the main goal of building everyday relevance and overall awareness of Red Bull to their audiences via their channels in an authentic and meaningful way.

Job Description

BUILD THE RIGHT RELATIONSHIPS & NETWORK

  • Identify and develop relationships with Creators whose organic reach can add value to the business in the Active Lifestyle (Fitness) playground, to support us in building brand and product trust
  • Take the time to understand each Creator’s interests, goals, and ambitions, building genuine connections and authentic relationships.
  • Identify opportunities to develop meaningful projects and activities that work for both Red Bull and the Creators. Once a strong connection and relationship is established, explore how to integrate and activate each opinion leader in an authentic Red Bull way.
  • Work with Product Expert to overcome product barriers and ensure Creators are true product ambassadors, while being confident to walk away where there is not a natural fit.

 

CREATOR MARKETING EXECUTION IN THE ACTIVE LIFESTYLE (FITNESS) PLAYGROUND

  • Work cross functionally with stakeholders in Sports, Brand & Field Marketing to develop Creator Marketing initiatives across the calendar year, integrating into existing projects as well as developing new concepts in Active Lifestyle (Fitness).
  • Collaborate with the Brand team on the right tools required to support the program overall and be responsible for production and delivery of these in line with brand guidelines.
  • Ensure the program supports key business priorities, primarily growing organic earned reach in Active Lifestyle/Fitness while improving product understanding and trust.
  • Help to widen the understanding of Red Bull products, their functions, usage and benefits through credible communication and tools.
  • Proactively identify shareable ways to communicate product messages and support other business functions in doing the same.

 

GENERAL BUSINESS OPERATIONS

  • Regularly monitor and report on the performance of Creator Marketing initiatives, ensuring key business objectives are being met.
  • Share learnings and successes with stakeholders, with a focus on product trust and ROI.
  • Contribute to project groups, driving strategic and creative thinking around product understanding and trust.
  • Own budget tracking and support the development of clear commercial business cases.

Qualifications

  • Roughly, 3 to 5 years’ experience working with influencers, creators, opinion leaders, or high-profile talent, within an FMCG, media, or agency environment. Event execution experience mandatory.
  • University degree in Marketing, PR or Communications preferred.
  • Exceptional relationship management skills required, with the proven ability to work as a self-starter within a large, complex organisation.
  • Experience working with, negotiating, and evaluating agencies or external partners.
  • Strong creative background with proven ability to bring ideas to life and put them into action. Some knowledge in content production is essential, along with a strong understanding of each social/content platform.
