Job DescriptionTHE ROLE
● Negotiate payments and payment arrangements for later stage accounts
● Contacting customers – via telephone, emails & SMS
● Maintaining customer payment records
● Skip tracing & utilising skip tools to locate customers
● Liaising with our internal & external legal team to manage the legal collections process
● Liaising with our third-party field call service to proactively seek outcome on accounts
● Complete ad-hoc tasks as required
QualificationsTHIS PERSON IS SOMEONE WITH
● Demonstrated experience in a similar role, preferably in commercial collections
● Exceptional negotiation skills
● Strong customer service focus
● Demonstrated initiative, drive, enthusiasm, and a team player
● Excellent organisational and time management skills
● Ability to work well with other people and build good relationships
● High attention to detail
