Job DescriptionTHE ROLE
Leading longer-term projects, process optimization, reporting, data integrity, and cross-functional improvements.
Optimisation Roadmap
● Develop, own, and manage the operational improvement roadmap for credit, lending support, and settlements efficiency, ensuring alignment with broader business strategy.
● Provide comprehensive reporting to leadership on team performance
● Ensure functions supporting the Lux team are "fit for purpose" and that controls are scaled for large-exposure risks.
● Ensure roadmap alignment with Head of Operations and Sales operational and change strategies.
Process Improvement & Change Management
● Partner with Operations leads to drive initiatives that reduce "time to outcome", churn, conversion rates, and improve overall efficiency.
● Ensure effective communication and structured change management during the rollout of new processes.
● Establish data quality and data capture as core principles within success metrics to ensure accurate business intelligence.
● Design and refine the data-driven controls used by the operations team to monitor output and quality.
● Design, manage, and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly credit operations reporting to ensure all Credit and Lending Support teams have up to date visibility of their performance against KPIs.
QualificationsTHIS PERSON IS SOMEONE WITH
● Demonstrated experience in credit risk, lending, or financial services, including experience in a manager level role focused on process improvement and optimisation.
● Experience designing and implementing operational efficiency initiatives, with measurable improvements in time to outcome, conversion rates, or cost reduction.
● Aptitude and experience in data analysis, reporting frameworks, and business intelligence tools to drive data-driven decision making.
● An understanding of implementing automation in end to end lending assessment processes including incorporation of AI or similar technologies.
● Understanding of credit risk frameworks, lending operations workflows, and quality assurance methodologies.
● Experience working with cross-functional teams (Product, Data, Technology, Operations) to deliver strategic initiatives.
● Demonstrated ability to design and maintain operational KPIs, performance metrics, and reporting dashboards.
● Experience with data integrity frameworks, system controls, and quality assurance procedures.
● Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
● Tertiary qualification in Finance, Business, Analytics, Risk Management, or related field (or equivalent experience) is desirable
