monday.com is looking for a talented Account Executive who will be responsible for ongoing business relationships with our clients. You’ll join our Consulting Team. This is the start of something BIG! As an Account Executive for our CRM product (our fastest-growing product line) you will be responsible for scaling CRM sales by providing expert-level industry, sales, and product knowledge to our ANZ Mid market customers - focusing on the value our CRM product delivers as part of our WorkOS platform.

About The Role:

  • The Account Executive position is a quota-carrying role where you will own the full sales cycle for our CRM product within a PLG (sales-assisted) motion.
  • Lead discovery and CRM-focused demos to align on business outcomes, while highlighting possibilities and best practices
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of monday.com’s solution and connect usage directly to customer ROI
  • Act as a product owner in an agile environment, developing strategies and coordinating cross-functional support to develop and deliver the #1 CRM product in the market
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends to effectively position monday.com against alternatives, and continuously enhance our offering for scale

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of sales experience in an Enterprise closing role at a SaaS company
  • Proven experience in up-sell and cross-sell deals - must
  • Native English speaker - must
  • Experience in negotiating and navigating contracts and legal discussions
  • Track record of success and overachievement
  • Experience navigating complex deals with multiple stakeholders, while maintaining a strong consultative selling approach
  • Able to effectively and consistently manage time, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Strong customer-facing and presentation skills with the ability to establish credibility with executives
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Additional languages – advantage
