Role Overview

We're looking for a strategic Customer Success Manager to join our expanding team as we evolve from SEO-focused services to comprehensive marketing strategies powered by AI. You'll work directly with our Customer Success Lead to deliver multi-channel marketing solutions while helping develop our AI-driven processes.

This could be a great fit if you've come from an account management or client services role in a boutique marketing agency and have been thinking about making the move into software. Maybe you're already using AI tools with your clients and you're excited about where it's all heading.

What makes this role interesting is that we're not looking for another SEO specialist. We want someone who brings a different lens: hands-on CRO, email marketing, paid advertising, or strong analytics experience. Someone who walks into a client account and spots opportunities we can tackle together from a fresh angle.

What We're Looking For

Complementary Skills (High Priority):

  • CRO expertise - hands-on experience with conversion optimisation

  • Email marketing & lifecycle strategies - proven track record with platforms like Klaviyo or similar

  • Paid advertising - Meta, LinkedIn, Google Ads experience (at least good experience within one paid platform)

  • GA4 attribution & GTM - great analytics background preferred, but not essential

  • Digital PR & Social Media - ideally, but not essential

Core Requirements:

  • Customer success mindset with drive for client results

  • Strategic thinking with marketing experience

  • Hands-on AI experience (not just "AI-native")

  • Intermediate SEO knowledge

  • Charismatic, people-first approach

  • Growth mindset - eager to teach and learn

Cultural Fit:

  • Sydney-based for weekly face-to-face collaboration

  • Proven ability to work autonomously and to collaborate with the wider team

  • Strong communication skills

What You'll Do
  • Partner with Customer Success Lead on strategic client accounts

  • Lead CRO and email marketing initiatives

  • Support AI agent development and training

  • Handle quality review processes for contractor work

  • Contribute to expanding our service offerings beyond SEO

  • Collaborate on building scalable marketing strategies
