Our Customer Intelligence team within Accenture Song focuses on helping clients drive Marketing performance optimisation through deep customer insights and implementation of the latest Data & AI capabilities across the Marketing and Service value chain. The team collaborates with clients to accelerate the experimentation lifecycle, deepen understanding of key customer value drivers, improve business outcomes, and drive innovation across industries.

Through deep industry understanding, analyses and insights, we give our clients the opportunity to grow in a new world powered by Data and AI. We are known for our ability to execute quickly, and we help our clients identify the right path to competitiveness by innovating in business and technology. The service unit consists of a wide range of business functions and industry groups, and in Customer Intelligence team we work from Strategy to Implementation where Data and AI are the focal points.
In our team you will learn:
To drive growth and revenue generation through application of customer-centric analytical methods and agile style ways of working.
To develop modern marketing strategies that allow organisations to make choices on their customers, channels, geographies, routes to market and products.
To anticipate ways digital and technology innovation impacts business models and harness them to create new routes to growth, for example the impact Generative AI will have on organisations and people in the future.
To transform and optimise how clients address and services their customers effectively
To generate sustained value through implementation of next generation technology and customer experience across the value chain.
As a Data & AI Consulting Analyst, you will:
Project management: Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets; monitor and track project progress, and provide regular updates to project team and stakeholders.
Advanced Analytics: Develop proficiency in Advanced Data Analytics and/or AI modeling.
Strategic Vision: Gain experience in formulating and implementing long-term Data Analytics and Strategy projects with a sharp focus on business outcomes, with increasing independence.
Business analysis: Analyse business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions by collaborating with project team and client.
Stakeholder management: Maintain communication clients, stakeholders, and project teams to help ensure seamless project execution.
Continuously Improve: Stay updated on the latest advancements in business analytics, data science, and relevant technologies to continuously augment our offerings, to identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation.
Leverage Song Capabilities: Gain experience in how to use Accenture’s broader Data & AI capabilities to drive client transformation for industry or functional use cases.
Desirable skills, qualifications, and experience:
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Commerce, Economics, Information Systems or related fields.
Professional experience in a business environment, preferably in a role that involves data analysis and insights.
Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment, showcasing collaborative and interpersonal skill.
Strong communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to articulate complex business concepts to a diverse audience.
Demonstrated ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment, employing a proactive approach to address challenges.
Good business acumen, with an understanding of business processes, market trends, and industry dynamics.
Desire to work in a fast-paced environment, with a keen interest in leveraging data and technology to drive business solutions.
Set yourself apart:
Proven experience using programming languages such as SQL, R and Python and proficiency using tools like Tableau and Power BI, is a plus.
Prior consulting experience, either professionally or in a volunteer capacity.
Experience creating compelling proposals that effectively communicate solutions and strategies to potential clients and stakeholders.
