What You'll Do
- Drive high priority product research, balancing speed and quality of quantitative research execution as part of a strategic, mixed methods research practice.
- Partner with product managers, design, data science, brand, engineering and other teams to define the research roadmap, conduct end to end research studies, and deliver key insights that move the business forward.
- Communicate research insights in credible, creative ways to help teams understand the needs of our customers and make data-informed product and design decisions.
- Connect UX insights with other strategic product research programs.
- Contribute to thought leadership in quantitative UX and mixed methods research practices.
Your Background
- You will bring 5+ years experience designing and conducting quantitative UX research in complex and/ or enterprise level software environments.
- You will have expertise in applying advanced quantitative (and some qualitative) research and analysis methods to business problems, including segmentation, driver analysis and discrete choice modelling.
- You will be proficient in survey program design and execution, with a track record of impacting both product direction and experience design.
- You will be a compelling storyteller and have experience driving engagement with insights and analyses.
- You will have experience building trusted advisor relationships with business leaders.
