About the role:

We’re hiring a Customer Development Representative to join our Sydney team, focused on new revenue growth and proactive sales motion.  

You’ll work across Microsoft solutions and SaaS offerings, targeting growth through cross-sell, upsell and attach, and partnering closely with vendors and internal teams to convert opportunity into revenue.

This role is ideal for someone with some exposure to sales who is eager to build a career in IT or SaaS sales and ready to take on a fastpaced, targetdriven environment.

As a Customer Development Representative, you will:

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Proactively identify, pursue and close new revenue opportunities within a defined partner base
  • Managing an established portfolio of partners and building strong, trusted relationships
  • Driving growth through proactive cross-sell, upsell and attach opportunities, particularly across Microsoft solutions
  • Supporting partners with quoting, renewals, promotions and day-to-day sales execution
  • Acting as a primary contact for Microsoft licensing enquiries, renewals and CSP growth motions
  • Serving as the go to contact for your portfolio to ensure a long-term relationship
  • Collaborate with vendor teams and internal specialists to accelerate deals and maximise outcomes
