We are hiring a Customer Development Representative, responsible for driving growth and retention across an assigned portfolio of reseller accounts. You will work closely with partners to expand their technology solutions, help them adopt time‑saving digital tools like Xvantage and integrations, and ensure long‑term business success through diversified solutions and strong recurring revenue models.

As a Customer Development Representative, you will:

Grow Assigned Reseller Accounts

  • Increase utilisation of existing vendors and introduce synergistic solutions.
  • Identify opportunities to expand multi‑vendor solutions within the reseller’s portfolio.
  • Collaborate with vendor experts to support complex sales and close opportunities.
  • Manage the full sales cycle through Xvantage and maintain CRM discipline.
  • Ensure resellers have adequate credit limits to support business growth.

Retain and Protect the Existing Base

  • Develop a deep understanding of each reseller’s business and build tailored retention strategies.
  • Reduce competitive churn through strong solution alignment and value-added‑ services.
  • Drive integration adoption and support resellers with configuration and consultation.
  • Encourage and enable Xvantage self‑service utilisation.
  • Conduct structured cadence calls to support ongoing development and proactive planning.

Act as a Strategic Advisor

  • Guide resellers on the best vendor and product mix to support solution expansion.
  • Advise on integrations, Xvantage capabilities, and operational improvements.
  • Support multivendor solution design and work ‑cross functionally‑ to ensure success.

In this office based inside sales position, you will oversee a set of reseller accounts and conduct ongoing customer interactions aimed at solution selling, strengthening retention, supporting growth initiatives, and encouraging platform adoption.

What you’ll bring

  • Experience in the IT industry, with a solid understanding of cloud or the IT provider ecosystem.
  • Proven sales experience with a history of growing and developing customer accounts.
  • Strong communication skills across phone, email and video conferencing (Teams).
  • Ability to build rapport and foster strong customer relationships.
  • Confident presenter with the ability to influence and educate.
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 and CRM systems.
  • A strong problem solving‑ mindset and the ability to take initiative.
  • High-level understanding of business operations and customer challenges.
  • Motivated, self-driven, and eager to grow within the role.'
