THE ROLE

Bring your customer service skills to life in this phone-based role as a Customer Experience Consultant. You’ll take ownership of enquiries, resolve issues quickly, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver outstanding outcomes. With your relationship-building skills, you’ll ensure every customer experience is positive and exceeds expectations.

Some of your key responsibilities will be:

  • Manage and prioritise a combination of both inbound phone and email-based customer cases and queries
  • Develop excellent rapport over the phone or face to face to foster strong customer and internal relationships
  • Identify complex problems and resolve them or escalate where a resolution may not be achievable

ABOUT YOU

You’re an experienced customer service professional who thrives in fast-paced environments, confident in managing complex queries and delivering outstanding outcomes. With strong communication and problem-solving skills, you take ownership of issues, build relationships, and ensure every customer experience is positive and professional.

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Experience in a customer service environment - call centre/retail/hospitality - we would love to talk to you!
  • Proven ability to resolve complex or ambiguous customer issues.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to quality service.
